Notice of the Pendency of Attachment Proceedings. 1 Ihe Circuit üourt for the County of Washtenaw. Notice is liereby given that a writ of attaohment was on the 24th day of February, A. D., 1890, duly issued out of and under the seal of the Circuit Court for the Conuty of Washtenaw, State of Michigan, for the sim of two hundred and flfty dollars (f250), in which writ Mary Reyer is plaintiff, and Henry A. Neuhoff is defendant, and which said writ was returnable on the lüth day of March, A. D. 1896, at the honr of ten o'clock in the forenooon of the said day. The above rules apply to all consumers except such as take water through a meter. The penalty for violation of these rules will be the turning off of the water without further notice. K.
