Walter C. Mack, of Ann Arbor, was in town last Thnrsday ou business. Howard Macoraber is spending a few days at home. Miss Dora Sehultz spent Sundny witb friends iu Clintou. Mr. and Mrs, James Tracy, of Napoleon, were the guests of Mrs. Goodell, Monday. Miss Bessie Zirnmertnann is visiting with her sister in Clinton for the past week. Mrs. Hogan, of Clinton, spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Amspoker. Miss Rosa Eogle, of Ypsilanti, carne bere last Weduesday to attend the Kiebler-Kramor wedding. Mrs. H. Stark went to Ann Arbor to attend the funeral of her brother-inlaw, J. D. Williams. Miss Katie Nauinann rode to Clinton and Tecumseh on her bioycle last Sunday, retnniing Monday. Nate Sohmid and son, Wm. H. Lehr and sons drove to Sand Lake, Snnday. A ntimber of the Christian Endeavor aod junior Christian Endeavor went to Saline last Friday to atteud the con aty convention. Memorial Day esercises will be held at the central school building on Saturday, May 30. Miss Bertha Yonng has gone to Toledo to work for Dr. A. V. Kotts.
