Mrs. Carrie Trouteu has flled a bilĂ­ for divorce in the circuit court against her busband, Richard Trouten, on the plea of desertion and non-support and that he is a habitual drunkard. The bill sets forth that the applicant is 23 years of age and that her home is in the town of Aun Arbor. Tbat she was married to Richard Trouten June 30, 1891, and they have had two childrou both of whom are dead, oue at the age of eight days, the other aged one year and 10 days. The remainder of the bill is a recital of the old sad story of cruelty and non-support added to which was the habitual druukenness of the husbaud aud father. For the past three years Trouten has not contributed $25 a year to the support of bis i'amily and duriug that time had come ( home druuk as often as three times a week, and he was always under the influence of liquor. He could earn good wages looking after iiorses and as a musician, but he spent all his mouey in saloons and bad compauy. For these reasons Mrs. Trouten seeks a divorce from Richard.
