FALL River, Mass., July 2.- The Wampanoag milis have posted notices annouucing a shut down Friday night until July 20. The Flint milis will close July 11 for two weeks. Messrs. Rounsville & Baker of the Arkwright club said that it would be impossible to niMke a doflnite statement as to the number of spindles here that would be idle, buc thought it would reach 2,000,000.
