Little Rock, Ark., July 2.- The Republican state conventioQ níet here Wednesday niorning and at once began the selsction of a state ticket. Hon. H. L. Renimel was chosen candidate for govemor by acclamation aud accepted the nomination iu a ringing speech. H. A. Reynolds of Madison county was chosen as the nominee for secretary of state, and J. Frank Mays of Washington county for auditor. The convention theu took a recess.
