DEFAULT HAVING BEEN MADE IN the conditions of the paymeuts of a certaln mortgage made by James It. Baeh and Blanch E. Bach, his wiie, dated the 9th day of March, 1893, and recorded in the Kegister's office of Washtenaw County, in Liber 84 of Mortgages on page 507, on the 3rd day of January, 1894, at 5 o'clock p. m., on which mortgage there is claimed'to be due at the date of this notice one thousand, one hundred and six dollars and eighty cents, (il.luO 80) and no suit at law or iu equity haviug been instituted to collect the amount due on Baid mortgage or any part thereof.
