Failure In Paper

Philadelphia, Jiüy 29.- A. G. Elliott & Co., the well-knownmanufacturers aml dealers in paper, failed Tuesday. A deed of assigument of the firm was recorded in the afternoon. The assigument is made to the Finalice company of Pennsylvania and George H. Earl, Jr., for the benefit of the firm's creditors. The deed of assignment stated that a list of the real estáte in the name of the assignors will be furnished at an early date. Included in the assignment is that of the Philadelphia Parchment company, limited, A. G. Eüiott, chairman, and Joseph B. Mitchell, secreiar.v and treasurer.
