PTTTSB17RG, Aug. 18.- A skiff in which were three men was capsized in the Ohio river early Tuesday morning by the wa ves of a passing steamer, and two of the men drowned. Their names were William Hiokman and Thomas Shaughnessy. Tho third man succeeded in reaching theshore. The bodics have been recovered.
