Prof. E. L. Briggs,, of Coldvrater, who couduoted the teachers' iastitute last year will also have it in charge this year. Miss Florence Fox, a prominent institute worker in this state, will assist Prof. Briggs and have charge of the priruary work. Dr.R.G. Boone, principal of the state normal school, will be one of the instrnctors and will have special charge of the department of art of teaohing. Dr. Boone is one of the best qnalified of modern teachers to give informatiou on this important branch of the professiou. His preseuce aloue at the institute shouid have the effent of bringing out a large number of teachers to the meetings of the institute which will be Aug. 31 to Sept. 21.
