Word was received iu Ypsilanti Monday morning that Cardinal Satolli bad ordered Father Kermedy's re-instateinent in charge of St. .Tchn's (Catholic) church. His friends are jubilaut at this result, wbich they have confidently expected. Whether or not this will end the contest cannot be said at this time. It is uot the most impossible thing to happen, however, that the case be appealed to Rome by Bishop Foley. -
