On Friday OíScer O'Mara arrestad Charles Ears ou a charge of drunkennesa and disorderly conduce. He was i tried in .Tustice Gibson's conrt Saturday and paíd $lfine and $4.70 costs for nis spree. A. H. Boudou paid Justice Gibson $3 fine and $4.75 costsfor being disorderly ou Saturday. George Loney, a young colored boy, I plead guilty Weduesday morning before j .Tustice Pond to assault and battery upon another colored boy committed last June. He paid the costs and was discharged. Jimmie Carroll, the incorrigible, was before Justice Pond, Monday, on the same oíd charge, drunkeuuess. Five days in jail said the justice and Jimmie went down. Justice Pond dismissed the larceuy case against Hester Tucker in his court on Monday.
