London, Sept. 15.- A representative of the Associated Press was informed Tuesday that none of the men captured by the pólice on the charge of taking part in a dynamite conspiracy has applied to the United States embassies for protection, a step which might be expected werè they naturalized Amercean citizens. A dispatch received by he Associated Press from Rotterdam ays that John F. Kearney, alias J. v'allace, and Haines, the two men arested there in possession of a number f infernal machines and a quantity of ncriminating correspondence, refuse o answer the questions put to them jy the authorities.
