Sold Under Foreclosure

New York. Sept. 15. - A dispatch from Norfolk, Va., says that the Xorfolk and Western railroad was sold at ioreclosure Tuesday for $3,000,000, subject to a mortgage of $22,000.000. The property was bought by the bondnolders' committee, represented by George Coppell. Kennedy Tod, W. S. Glyn and Victor Morawetz.
