At a sessiou of tlie Probate Courtforthe County of Washtenaw, holden at the Probate Office in the city oí Ann Arbor, on baturday, the 29th day of Ausaist, In the year oue thousand eight hundred and niuetyPresent, .T. Willard Babbitt, Judge of Probate. Iu the matter of the estáte of George W. Stap ah, deceased. On reading and filing the petition. duly verifled, ol' Annie Stapish, prayiug that ulmiuistration of said estáte may begranted to herself or some other suitable person. Thereupon it is ordered that Monday, the 5th day of October, next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, be assigned for the hearing of said petition, and that the heirs at law of said deceased, and all othsr persons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the city of Ann Arbor, and show cause, il' any there be, why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted. And it is further ordered that said petitioner give notice o the persons interested in said estáte, of the pendency of said petition, and the hearing thereof, by causing a copy of this order to be publiBhed in the Ann Arbor Argus, a newspaperprinted and circulated in said cqunty, three successive weeks previous to eaid day of hearing.
