Topeka Holding A Fall Festival

Topeka, Kan., Sept. 29.- Topeka's week of fall festivities opened yesterday with bright weather. Brilliantly decorated streeta were presented to great throngs of people, presaging for the next few days the presence of the greatest crowds this city has ever entertained. The feature of the day was the Labor Day parade, which was the finest ever seen in the state.
