Prince Hilkoff In Chicago

Chicago. Oct. 14.- The Russlan minister oí railroads. He is engaged in a tour of inspection of the railroads In the United States. He will be entertained in Chicago at the Chicago club and will be given a dinner in the evening at the Auditorium. From Chicago he oes to Cincinnati and thence to Plttsburg, Philadelphia and New York, sailing for Kurope on Nov. 1. He is being escorted by Major J. G. Pangborn of the world's commission of transportation.
