Baltimore, Nov. 3. - Tuesday's vote in this state was polled under the new election law, passed last winter, under the operations of which an entirely new registration was had. The effect of this was seen in more rapid voting and a diminished number of'floaters" at the polls. The voting began very ealy under clear skies with springlike weather and was very heavy.
