John Finnegan, the adtninistrator of sald estáte, comes into court and representa that be is now prepared to render nis final account as snob admiuistrator. Thereupon it Is ordered that Tuesday, the lOth day of November, next, at 10 o'cloek in the forenoon, be assigued for examining and allowlnff suoh account, and that tlie heirs at luw of sald deceased and all other pereons interested in said estáte, are required to appear at a session of said Court, then to be holden at the Probate Office, in the City of Ann Arbor, In said County, and show cause if any there be, why the said account should not be allowed.
