Leases have been made for the rigbt of way over the water frout to the large wartjhouses of Woodward Bros. at Frankfort, by the Ann Arbor Railway, which will lay a doublo track to the warebonse for its bulk freigbt. The company will put ou two more large steatnera for its winter route between Kewaunee and Manitowoo, Wis., and Frankfort. The harbor, with 600 feet of piers out into Lake Michigan, has just been completed by tbegoverniaent, aud witb a depth of 18 feet, is oonoeded to be one of the best winter barbors on the lakes, as there is very seldom any heavy ice. The use of these two additional steamers means tbe employment of 50 or 60 more men to haudle the large amount of freight.
