Not everybody is aware tbat ihere isa nioverueiit on font iu the Fiftb ward to have a uuiou oburcb in that portion of the city. Sach is the case, however, and everything Jooks favorable to tbe sncoessfal accomplisliment of the project. There is already on hand ahout $200, and with the aid of the ecergelic officers that have been chosen and others who have taken an aotive interest in tbe matter, it is only a qnestion of a short time when a bandsome little ohurch building will be erecied on thé north side. At a meeting held in the Wall st. chape!, Monday night, there was a goodly gathering of the north side oitizens. Plans and methods were earnestly discussed, after wbioh the following were elected as officerR of the assooiation : President, Earl Ware; seuretary, Gilbert C. Ebodes; treasnrer. Spencer D. Lennon. A second meeting will be held at the same place uext Tnesday eveniug, when everyone interested iu the proposed ohucrh is requested to be present.
