Columbus, G.,Nov. 10. - Colonel Luther Hall, a former resident of Eastman, Ga., died at the Ohio penitentiary at noon Monday, after weeks of suffering from a complication of ailments. Colonel Hall was received at the penitentiary in January, 1890, to serve a life sentence for conspiracy. He was jointly indicted with several other men for the murder of Captain Forsythe, southern agent for Phelps, Dodge & Co., a land Corporation. Captain Forsythe was said to be a cousin of President Cleveland, who has many times been petitioned to pardon his murderer.
