More Rural Feee Delivery

Washington, Nov. 10.- Morntng Sun, in Louise county, la., and China Grove, Rovan county, N. C, will be granted free delivery in accordance with the experiments now being made by the postoffice department for the estaoHshment of such service for rural districts.
