Fort Smith, Ark., Nov. 17. - Judge I. C. Parker, the famous Arkansas jurist, died at his home in this city at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday morning. Judge Parker was famous all over the country for his fearless administration of justice, having imposed the death penalty upon more crimináis than any other jurist in the United States. For twenty-one years he had presided over court without missing a day.
