Life Sentence For Murder

Galena, Ills., Dec. 1. - Albert Félix, the murderer of Batte Berin at Blanding, near this city, last September, was sentenced in Judge Shaw's court Tuesday to imprisonment for life. One hundred.and fifty dollars owed to Felix by Berin was the only incentive to the awful crime. Berin, while really unable to pay, annoyed Felix by saying that he never intended to pay. He went gunning for Berin, found him. and promptly blew the top of his head off.
