St. Louis, Dec. 1. - City Comptroller saac H. Sturgeon has appointed the ollowing Cuban relief committee: ieutenant Governor John O. Omeara, hairman: Colonel R. S. McDonald, ohn F. Cahili, A. N. Milner, and Capain Rosser Roemer. Aecording to the esolutions thi? committee is to "organze a permanent association to aid the uban people in every lawful manner o alleviate the sufferings caused by he war, and help them secure a share f the blessings of peace and prosperity 'hich are the inalienable rights of very people on the American contient."
