Ponghbeepsie has a building that is probably the oldesfc one on the Hudson river. It is at the ooruer of Washington and Delafield streets, and waa erected, according to trudition, in 1713. The piaster on the walls is six inchos thick, and the laths are hand cut, abont two inohes in thickness. It is safe to aay that house, even if antiquated, is a â– warm oue to live in during the winter.
