Contestees To Give A Bond

Washington, Dec. 15. - Aldrich of Alabama has introdueed a bilí in the house to require contestees in contested election cases to give bond in the sum of $10,000 by which the contestee agrees to return all money received by him as a.member of the house of representatives in the event that he lose the seat.
