In the Argus of Dec. 4 among the nauies of those who sought divorces was that of Mrs. Belle Soboler froin Robert Scboler, the declaratiou reading tbat it was for crnelty and habitual drunkenness. Mr. Scholer is uot a habitual druukard aud the deolaratioa was wroner in this resoeot. The suit bas now been witbdrawn.
