Weyler Leaves Havana

Havana, Dec. 22. - Captain General Weyler left Havana at 8 o'clock Tuesday rnorning on board the Spanish cruiser Legaszpi, bound for Mariel, north of the military line, aeross the provinoe of Pinar del Rio, with the intention of resuming personal oommand of the opsrations agafnst the in surgents in that part of Cuba.
