Pioneer Chicagoan Dead

Chicago, Dec. 29. - Samuel H. Kerfoot, the pioneer Chicagoan who died Monday evening at his home. 136 Rush street, will be buried' from St. James' church, of which he wís a vestryman and a member for forty-nine years. The deceased was the oldest and bestknown real estáte dealer in Chicago, and his name is identifled with the nroerress of the city.
