Elgin, Tlls., Dec. 29.- iïx-uovernor Hoard of Wiisconsin has received another in dorsement for the position of secretary of agriculture in PresidentElect McKinley'3 cabinet. The last indorsement is from the executive committee of the National Creamery Buter Maker?' association. The committee eld a meeting in the office of E. Sudndórf, secretary of the association. 'hose present besides Mr. Sudendorf veré: J. W. Segar, president of the association: S. F. Greene, F. S. Stock - veil. and Frank Bair, members of the executive committee. The matter of ndorsing Mr. Hoard came up after the jrogramme for the annual convention of the National Creamery Butter Makers' association in February next had been arranged. and was agreed to by a unanimous vote. }
