Kentucky Midland Sold

Frankfort, Ky., Jan. 5. - The Kentucky Midland railroad was sold bf order of court at auction ana was purchase:! at the upset price of $150,000 by the Attilla company of Louisville. It is announced that the purchaser represents creditors with prior liens to the flrst mortgage bonds amounting to $930,000, and that this syndicate of preferred creditors are in negotiations for a private sale of the road to one of several larger companies.
