The EamesMorgau case bas beeu again opeoed up in tbe probate coort, and .Tatlge Newkirk has appointed N. J. Kyer, Comstock Hill and Chas. H. Worden commissioners in the case. The oommissioners appoiuted two years ago failed to qnalify on acconot of the lawsuits tbat were begun. The claim tbat the nevv commissiouers will have to investígate is tbat of Lnoy C. Eames, adïniaistratrix of the Lovett Eames estate, against tbe estáte of E. W. Morgan, for 215,417.66, trust funds whioh carne into E. W. Morgan's possession September 15, 1863, and wbich tbe Eames people claim they eau follow through tbe Morgan property icto the Parker property in this city.
