The regular auaual meeting of the corporatiou of tbe Harria Memorial Trust was held at Harris hall, du Monday. The Corporation cousists of tlie Rt. Rev. Thomas F. Davies, bishop of Michigan, the Rev. Henry Tatlocb, of Anu Arbor, Messrs. Sidney D. Miller, Heury P. Baldvvin, Sidney T. Miller, Elliott T. Sloourn, and Hervey I C. Parke of Detroit, and V. H. Withiugton, of Jackson. All but the last two were present. Among ether matters which cauae before the meeting was the repurt of the treasurer, showing that tbe iustitntion is in possession of abont $60,000 of invested fnnds in addition to tbe Harris hall property, and that tbe finances are in a prosperóos oondition. The trnstees were entertained at inDch in Harris hall by some of tbe ladies of St. Abdrew's parish. A team of borses belonging to C. J. Snyder ran away at tbe comer of Maio and William Rts., Tuesday evening, being frighteued by a street car. Th driv8r, Otto Sobwemmin, was thrown ont of the wagon when the horses tnrned and was severely injared.
