At the aDunal meeting of the Oddfellows' Matual Benefit Association held in Lansing last week, Andrnw Harsha, of Alpena, was elected president; John Northwood. of New Lathrop, vice president; B. D. Pritobard, of Allegan, treasnrur, and George L Davis, of Lausing, secretary. The association bas only had foor losses dnring the year, but it bas paid all claims upon the day on which the procfs of death were received. It bas made a gain in niembership of 45 per cent dnring the year.
