Her fatÃiess weighed upou her; so she went to a physician to be rid of some of it. He drew np a carefnl dietary. She was to eat dry toast, plaiu boiled boef, eto., and to return iu a month to report reduotion. At the end of the month she could hardly get throngh the dootor's doorway. He was aghast. 'Did yon eat what I told you?' he asked. 'Reiigiously. ' His brow wrinkled itself. Sudden]y he had a flash of inspiration. 'Anything else?' he asked. 'My ordinary tueals. ' "
