Tbe creamery is now supplyiug a trade in New York which demands sweet bntter, and by carefully experimenting it bas been proven that one ponnd in uiteen is saved by not usiug salt. The salt absorbs the moistnre and in the additional mixing that is required wben salt is used, a larga part of the water is dravin out of the butter.
