Took Poison On The Street

Marinette, Wis., Feb. 2. - Minnie Ackerman, a young girl residlng here, tried to commit suicide Monday night. She drank a half an ounce of laudanum on the street. When she arrived home the drug had taken effect, but the heroic efforts of physicians saved her life. Heiact was due to unrequitted love.
