Bosh charged that Mitcbell had stolen froin hiƱo a "right angle" or drill, valned at 6, which the latter had in his possessioa. This charge Mitchell emphatically denied, and claimed that the instrument in bis possession was pue that he had bmrowed. There were any nnruber of witnesses examined on botb sides, the bulk of the evidence being mainly hearsay. The evidence was totally inadequate for a conviction and Mr. Mitchell waa pronounceƔ not guilty hy the jury. He has now suud Bnsh for $2,000 damages for slaoder. There are many of the boys who insist that the snit is ouly a quarrel between the two dental fraternities, the Xi Psi Phi and the Delta Sigma Delta.
