Ford, deceased. Johu Shankland was appointed special administrator of the estáte of James Richards wbo was murdered in Superior, Satarday night. Nathau Sutton has been appointed guardiau of Cora B. Burke, minor. Ou Tuesday license was granted Frederick Graves, administrator of the estáte of Marriette Bennett, of Ypsilanti, to niortgage the property for $1,500 to pay claims. License bas been granted Win F. Bird, guardián, to mortgage real estáte for $400. Todáy tbe hearing on the petition to sell the real estáte of E. P. Kellogg, óf Dexter, will bs heard. Tomorrow will be beard the petition for appöintment of an administrator of the estáte of Daisy Pratt, deceased. Monday is the last day of hearing claims in the estáte of Charles Hewitt. The hearing of thepotition to probate the will in the estáte of Anuon K. Gage will take place Monday.
