Joseph Follmore, an old and highly espeoted citizen of Ypsilauti, passed aeacefully away Sunday aftemoon, ged 78 years. The deoeased was bom n Gerniany and oaiue to America in 837, settling in Superior township, where he flrst learned the milliiig business. Three years Jater he moved to ïpsilani and in 1870 established the umber business that "was run under he name of Follmore & Soovill for a auruber of years. He was for a nnniber of years an alderman from bis ward. In 1848 he married and leaves a wife and two children, Mrs. Ela M. Flowers and George B. Follmore. The funeral services held at his late residence Wednesday aftemoon were under Masonic anspioes. His reroains were followed to theirlast resting place n Highland oemetery, by a large cortege of friends and relatives.
