Parkersburg, W. Va., Feb. 9. - Lee B. McFarland. the defaulting teller of the Second National bank here, went before United States Commissioner T. O. Bullock and surrendered. The warran was sworn out by W. H. Wolfe, the cashier and president, eharging a vio lation of the banking laws with inten to defraud and injure. McFarland through his attorney.pleaded not guilty He gave a $10,000 bond for his appear anee at the June term of the United States court here.
