Representativa A. J. Sawyer is never better pleased tban â– when he is making a presentation speech, and bis farne in tbat line must have preceded him to LaDsiug, judging from tbe following iteru describing a very interesting ceremony wbich occnrred in the house at Lansing on Monday: "Representative Chamberlain and his pretty bride were asked to take a seat in fiont of the olerk's desk, and then there was brougbt in a handsome silver tray, tea set, knives, forks and water service, the wedding gift of all :he members of the legislature. Even ;he house pages came in, presenting the aride with a beautifnl boquet of flowers. Representative Sawyer made a happy presentation speech, and gave the pair some good advioe. The tall pine re;urned his thanks, and then tbe joint convention adjoorned. "
