Galveston, Tex., Feb. 16.- The twelfth annual convention of the National Kditorial association opened auspiciousiy here Tuesday with several hundred delegrates present. The visttors were royally weleomed. The flrst sesión of the convention was called to or"der shortlj after noon at Harmony ha!I by R. H. Thomas of Mechanicsburg, Pa., the retirinsr president.
