"jack The Clipper" At Work

Chicago, Feb. 16. - Miss Lizzie String, 15 years oíd, residing at 159 Twentysecond street, is the latest victim of "Jack the Clipper." The girl encountered the fellow on Wataash avenue, a hort distance south of Twenty-second street, at dusk Monday evening. Before she could resist the attack her assailant severed one taraid and fled, running east in an alley. Though pursued several blocks by citizens who had witnessed the assault, the culprit escaped.
