St. Paul, Feb. 16.- W. J. C. Kenyon, general freight agent of the Chicago, Burlington and Northern railway, has resigned and General Passenger Agent George P. Lj'man is temporarily acting as general freight agent and will probably be given the appointment soon. Mr. Kenyon will not say where he goes, nor does he give any reason iur his resignation.
