D. 1895, in Liber 78 of Mortgages on page 1(52, on whieh mortgage there ís elaimed'to be due at the data of this notice the suin of fourteen hundred and ninety-seven dollars and öfteeu cents, and an attorney's fee of twenty five dollars provided tor in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings ai law having been instituted to lecoverthe rr.oneys secuied bysaid mortgage or Kny part thei'eof. Kern, the executor of tlie last will and testament of said deceased, comes into court and represents that he is now prepared to render his final account bs anón executor.
