Actress Arrested For Shoplifting

New York, Feb. 16.- Hattie Starr, formerly a members of Rice's "Evangelice" company, and who is the widow of Charles Harris, famous as 'Squire Tucker in "Alabama," is under arrest charged with shoplifting. She was arrested for stealing a few articles of trifling cost, and confesses that she took them, but says she must have been mentally unbalanced at the time, as she needed none of the articles and has ampie means to supply any want.
