The third trial of the young men charged with disturbing a religious meeting in the towa of Angosta, carne on before .Tnstice Pond on Friday. One of tbern, Clande Pool, failed to pnt in an appearance, and his bond was declared forfeited and be was ordered to be rearrested. Of the other fonr,Lee Rose, Theodore Burgess, and Cbester Hall were foond gnilty. A fine of 5 each and oosts $45 each was entered up against them, in default of the payment of which they were committed to jail. Harvey Rose was acquitted. On Mouday Claode Pool. who jnrnped his bail bond, was btougbt to the oity by his bondsmen and placed in jail. Theodore Buigess has appealed the case against hhn to the circuit conrt aud is now out on bail.
