Washington, Feb. 23.- The senat Tuesday resumed eonsideration of the Ir.dian appropriation bilí. After much debate the provisión opening to entry the TJncompahgre Indian reservation in Utah, on which are gilsonite deposits, was adopted. The house passed a bilí to pension the widow Of the late General Thomas L. Casey at $50 a month and then resumed eonsideration of the naval appropriation bilí and passed it.
